Oyo Rooms

Client: OYO Rooms, an Indian multinational hospitality chain

Objective: To revamp the content of OYO's nationwide app to drive more downloads and increase traffic, with a focus on a youthful audience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. The language and tone had to be fun, easy-going, and catchy to resonate with the target demographic.

My Role:
Wrote and restructured the app content, ensuring the tone was aligned with the preferences of young, tech-savvy users.
Focused on engaging, relatable messaging that would appeal to users looking for hassle-free booking experiences.

Results:
The revamped app content resulted in a 6% increase in downloads, driving more traffic to the platform.
Based on the success of the project, I was offered a full-time position to continue contributing to OYO's content strategy.
